Richard and Christine first contacted us about a shower that needed a little help. We worked together to update it for them. A few years later, they reached back out to discuss rebuilding their kitchen. We assisted with cabinet layout, product selections, and paint colors to bring their new kitchen to life.
The new kitchen features polished Snow Ridge granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and accent tiles over the range and sink. They enjoy a motion-activated faucet with their undermount sink. As with all of the cabinets we build, they benefit from soft-close doors and drawers.
General lighting, as well as under-cabinet lighting, was added to brighten the room. At first, they were not planning on under-cabinet lighting but decided to have us install it. After completion, they found themselves using the under-cabinet lights most of the time—even without the overhead lighting.
As their home was built in the late 1950s, the laundry is located in the kitchen. Working within the space constraints of the room, we were able to make the laundry doors wider than before. This provides much-needed access and ease of use for the washer and dryer.
New flooring finished the look, creating a beautiful new kitchen where they can enjoy living life together!
